Looks to me like there are a number of ways of working on the net and making a few cents here and there. The real income, though, will come through web marketing.
How? It works on the same principle as flyers.
How does a publisher bear the expense of composing, printing and delivering all those flyers? How does he get paid? Simply stated, ADVERTISERS.
The advertisers see that the publisher's little flyer is distributed to thousands of households. The flyer or the paper has interesting news items, games and gossip to keep people looking for it each and every week. Therefore, advertisers, knowing that sales are largely a numbers game, pay to have their ad printed on the flyer, knowing that somewhere, someone is looking for what they are selling and their ad will get in front of their eyes.
Its a simple, yet clever concept.
